Shipping Policy

Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your confirmation will be sent to you via email with your Tracking Number as soon as the package has shipped. 

If you order multiple ONEMORE products your items may ship separately. So if you receive a partial shipment, no need to worry! The others are on the way and will arrive within the estimated delivery dates.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:

• Since our primary focus is fast and convenient shipping. Cancellation of your confirmed order is not possible. However, with our 30 day promise, you can return your Mora product for a refund if you are not 100 percent happy. For more details, please check our Return Policy.
• We do NOT ship internationally at this time (including Canada), only within the United States.
• We do NOT ship to P.O. box addresses at this time.
• Orders can be shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding U.S. Holidays).
• Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
